  Tributes to the Giants
of Swing and Jazz

Captivating performances  infused with fascinating anecdotes of the legendary music greats

Easily reaching down into her lush low notes and soaring up into her high notes, Vickie Smith is high energy. Enjoying her audiences as well as her music, each performance becomes a unique experience, in a style blending the joys of greats such as Ella Fitzgerald, Sarah Vaughan, Rosemary Clooney, Peggy Lee, Lena Horne. Vickie has personally researched and developed these shows; her direct involvement in the arrangements reflects the input the lady legends themselves had in their own performances.

Whether working with an intimate piano,  her trio,  quartet, or  a swingin' big band, Vickie's interaction with her audiences adds a special touch to each show. The versatility in her stylings keeps each performance unique.

Each show option is enhanced by well-researched anecdotal information shared with audiences and bringing them into the spirit and enthusiasm of the tribute.
